A brief history of the Kenya Exiles, along with performance and achievements of 2006, goals and activities of 2007, and information for prospective sponsors.

An organization born in June, 2001, Kenya Exiles was first established to create an avenue for people to come out and enjoy some rugby while socializing and keeping in touch with each other.

After close review of the initial success with numbers and turn out, a management team was assembled with the primary task of organizing rugby activities with the goal of creating a brand of rugby and helping establish the organization name around the country

Today, Kenya Exiles is a rugby organization with 2000+ members across the globe. We have built relationships with the top rugby playing universities, clubs of all levels , rugby affiliated companies such as Godek Rugby and individual rugby loyalists who step up to support the game they truly love and the general public of all nationalities across all of the United States of America.

Over the years, our success on and off the field has led to our continued growth to our current status as a leading provider of high quality rugby players, community partnerships that help the needy and less fortunate and being the strong carriers of the Kenyan open handed spirit of love, generosity and working together as a team to achieve a common goal.

Exiles Management & Goals

The organization is managed by a board that overseas the running of the club with the following goals

Prospective Sponsors

With our current potential, Kenya Exiles offers the following marketability to any prospective sponsor

  1. By attaching your name to the Exiles brand of rugby, you create the much needed avenue to market and educate the public at large on your company name and what it stands for
  2. Being a touring side here in the states, we get to be seen by people in 6+ states and everywhere we go we captivate the audiences with our style of play and create enough interest for them to ask who are you and what are you all about - which is a perfect opportunity for us to market the company
  3. You attach your name to winners - we win 95% of tournaments that we participate in and for your company to attach its name to us would be helping people identify you with winners
  4. Your company in helping us achieve our goals, would be in turn helping a lot of individuals achieve their goals - you are indirectly linked to the success of the organization in community building, educational improvement, improving quality of life for those playing semi-professional rugby, cultural education of communities within the United States
  5. In attaching your name to Kenya Exiles apparel, you have increased the number of people who get to know about your name brand, and business - every individual who wears a piece of clothing with the exiles name and your company name, will be spreading a strong advertising message wherever they go. - We currently have 3 brands of clothing that are developed for us free of charge and we are looking at expanding that clothing line to include even more items.
  6. Our website has over 500 visitors daily, these hits are crucial in facilitating a medium by which the club, sponsors and other interested parties can have an avenue to reach out to a wider audience across the world.

We have what it takes to be a leader in the rugby playing world. We boast a top coach from New Zealand who has graced us with his experience at no charge, we have the top players in the country and we are a well structured organization managed by a competent board that is dedicated to excellence. With our membership base of 2000+ we have an audience that covers the country and other areas of the world. Our biggest challenge is getting the right sponsor to assist the club with financial assistance to help us afford our minimum monetary obligations during the clubs season that begins in May and ends in August.

Kenya Exiles Rugby - We play the game to win.
